1. Product Exchange
If a consumer or member points out a defect in the contents or container of a purchased product and requests an exchange, it can be exchanged for the same product if it is judged that the request is justified in relation to the warranty conditions of the product.
2. Product dissatisfaction
If a consumer or member expresses their intention to return the purchased product and requests a refund, a refund is possible if the request is judged to be justified in relation to the product warranty conditions. However, in this case, the consumer or member must return the product in accordance with the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc., and express the intention to withdraw the subscription to the company in writing, and the company will return the remaining amount excluding the paid sponsorship fee as the product price.
Returns are accepted for returns of unused products that can be resold, but the company may restrict subscription withdrawal and future product purchases for members who have excessive inventory. If the member does not return the product under his/her responsibility despite receiving a legitimate request for return from the consumer who purchased the product, the buyer directly requests the return to the "company", and the "company" refunds the return amount to the buyer. . "Company" exercises the right of indemnity to the member who sold the product after refund to the consumer (buyer).
4. Return procedure
Members who are not consumers may cancel the contract in writing within 3 months from the date of signing the contract, except in the case of falsely notifying the company of the stock held or damaging the goods to the extent that resale is difficult. The member may return the product only to the head office after completing the return application form, attaching the purchase order or transaction statement, and submitting it to the "company", and after approval of the return.
